Bruckner's travels take him to an Austrian farmer practicing as an energetic healer, a Voodoo priest in Togo, ghost surgeons in the Philippines, shamans in Bulgaria, Ghanaian exorcists and finally to the world's most famous medium João de Deus in Brazil.
