»Coordination of Proceedings in Transnational Legal Disputes on Intellectual Property Rights«The author demonstrates how parallel proceedings on intellectual property rights in different countries can be coordinated under the Brussels Recast Regulation, the CLIP-Principles, and the ALI-Principles. Further, she proposes intensifying transnational cooperation between courts. She argues that such cooperation can enhance international consistency of judgments, while maintaining the national sovereignty interests and the fundamental procedural rights of the parties.
