Text in German. The reformed energy law gives the state in an (allegedly) liberalized branch of the economy an astonishingly large range of intervention instruments. Here the legal issues are therefore also considered from an economic point of view and with regard to their international, especially European, consequences. The general topic of "Induction and Responsibility" offers the opportunity to take up and deepen a few selected topics. Hans-Jürgen Papier approaches the general topic from a constitutional point of view, while Jürgen Kühling examines the topic of investment obligations in energy law between state regulation and demand-oriented network management. Wulf-Henning Roth reports on the company unbundling under antitrust law and Andreas Röhling finally deals with the company unbundling outside of merger control under current and future law.
