In the first part, the workbook describes the methodology of processing cases in administrative law. Emphasis lies on the technique in case solving; the basic steps are developed from acquiring the facts to understanding the case question and finding the solution up to legal expert's opinions. The second part contains explained systematic diagrams to the administrative court's actions and to the appeal. As well as structuring the conditions of admissibility, the printed diagrams provide patterns on the correct intellectual sequences with the admissibility test. With ten actual cases, the third part deals with pivotal problems of the administrative (process) law.
