Towards Independence Adoption Pack

Cambridge Reading is a major new reading scheme which provides stimulating books and support materials for the teaching of reading throughout the primary years. Key features include: a coherent yet flexible structure for teaching and learning; a variety of high-quality, attractive picture books; a balance of different text types and genres, including stories, poems and information books; an integrated phonics programme and comprehensive support materials. The Towards Independence Adoption Pack provides teachers of children in Year 2/Primary 3 with all the resources they need to help them continue an effective reading programme in their classroom. The pack contains five copies of each of the Towards Independence story books and information books, two big books, the Towards Independence Poetry Anthologies Cassette (set of three), the Towards Independence Traditional Tales Cassette (set of three), Teacher's Book 3, Information Books Teacher's Guide 2, and Phonics for Reading.
