Three Sisters Soup for the Spirit

If you could provide a message to the younger version of yourself to get through school, life, and challenging circumstances, what would you say? This book includes a compilation of poetry, short stories, and visual art from First Nations, Metis and Inuit Women. The submissions aim to inspire youth in overcoming challenges with themes around passion, independent voice, and joy. The project is dedicated to Indigenous high school students who are part of the TakingITGlobal's Connected North program by featuring the power of creativity through different role models and promoting mental health.
