Synopsis

Charles E. Miller is a journalist and teacher. He graduated from Stanford with a BA degree in English, and holds a PhD, cum laud, in American/English literature from American World University. He is the author of numerous works of short stories, five novels, poetry and a lengthy essay on Liberty. He lives in So. . California and continues to write.
