The Page Turners, two powerful books from the Library of Doom, have fallen into the hands of the Spellbinder, an evil magician. He transforms the books into two terrible tornadoes, which are meant to destroy the Librarian. But when the twisters suddenly head towards a small village, the Librarian must risk his life to stop them.
