It is the low-humming anxiety that often follows you from the school gates to the dinner table, and eventually into your restless Sunday night sleep. We live in a state of perpetual readiness for the Corridor Ambush, that moment when a parent, a teacher, or a child stops you with a problem that is, for them, the centre of the universe, and for you, the forty-seventh item on a list you haven't even had time to write down yet.I didn't write this book to tell you how to be a better leader. If you have survived a Monday morning in a primary school, you are already a leader of extraordinary resilience. I wrote this book because I have spent over two decades obsessed with a single question: How can we use technology to make life easier for teachers?
