The Small Wonders of Leadership

In today's world of dilated and dramatized unrest and trouble, for which there seems to be no solution, leaders must pause and reflect on the influences and consider the remedies that will bring back stability and civility. The concept of moral leadership concerns me the most. The dramatic emergence, during the last decade of unethical leadership influencing followership is of the most serious failures of any enterprise. I contend there is significant and possibly volcanic destruction because of immoral and unbridled control in the responsibility and duty of a leader and those who choose to follow. The Small Wonders of Leadership provides the real leadership power through the intangible character traits for those who try to follow. Such standards are the instruments of one's leadership capacity.
