Synopsis

A teenage agent tasked with impersonating a missing girl discovers a conspiracy that could unravel her entire society.

Set in a future where humanity has supposedly been cured of violent tendencies through the removal of the Risa-11 gene, the United Nations of Attestan hides a darker truth. Natasha Harris, a trained imposter agent, is tasked with assuming the identity of Charlotte "Lottie" Richards-a girl removed from society after a rare, illegal gene activation. Natasha's role is simple: impersonate Lottie to protect public calm while Lottie receives treatment. But when Natasha uncovers missing surveillance footage, a possible link to her own abducted sister, and evidence that Lottie may have been investigating the notorious DART Scientists, her assignment takes on far greater stakes.
