The Other Side of the Ribbon gives an hilarious inside look at the things said and done in provincial newspapers' newsrooms, on the other side of the typewriter ribbon: from ant invasions to escaping bullocks to the epic trials of moving a desk between two offices only feet apart. It is illustrated with the author's own cartoons.
