Something monstrous is happening on Hydra!

Colonial Forces medical officer Captain Robert Fuseli (The Exploded Soul) is back, summoned to Pluto's tiny moon Hydra to investigate unexplained, horrific changes the colonists there have been undergoing, that alter them into vicious, inhuman creatures.
