New York Poets II celebrates its continuing vitality. The painter and writer Trevor Winkfield, who has worked in New York since the 1960s, joins Mark Ford in mapping this radical space. After a general preface, each selection from the eleven poets is preceded by an introduction; the bibliography provides a guide to major publications.
