The Morffledoos' Adventure: A Permaculture Story

The Morffledoos' Adventure follows nine-year-old twins Hazel and Catkin, who live on polluted Planet Morffle, where nature has vanished and children must wear masks to breathe. Longing for trees, rivers and fresh air, they set off in their spaceship to find the last traces of nature-only to crash on Planet Earth. There, they meet Calum, a human boy living in a thriving food forest garden. As the twins explore real trees, insects, fresh food and clean air for the first time, they learn how plants, animals and people depend on one another. Through friendship, discovery and problem-solving, Hazel and Catkin uncover hopeful ways to heal their own world and bring nature back home.
