A wondering goat arrives in the village of Dreadmore, and everytime it bleats, people hear something different- a prophecy, a warning or a divine command. Chaos spreads as towns, cults and hapless emissaries of the sinister High council collide, while cosmic entities watch in bemused disbelief.
