The Cisco Kid: A Dell Comics Reprint Collection

The Cisco Kid and Pancho were popular western characters featured in numerous movies, radio shows, and television adventures. The Dell Comics version is based on the popular television series The Cisco Kid (1950-1956), where Cisco is known as The Robin Hood of the West! This collection brings together five exciting issues from the long-running comics, and includes the very first issue from the test-run Four Color series.

Cisco and Pancho run up against outlaws, bank robbers, renegade Indians, and other western sidewinders. They find themselves hunting for a 'loose gorilla, ' keeping the peace with Indians by tracking down buffalo poachers, and facing a showdown with a gunfighter who has sworn to kill Cisco . . . This is an excellent introduction to a fast-paced classic western comic with enjoyable characters and plenty of action.
