The Barons of European Industry

The Barons of European Industry (1974) examines the ownership and control of industry in the leading countries of Western Europe. In individual chapters on France, Germany, Britain, Italy, Benelux, the Netherlands, Ireland and Denmark, the authors describe the structure and operation of the large industrial empires of each country. It deals with the power structure and economic base of European industry, as well as with the influential individuals and organizations which dominate it.
