This special collector's edition book features the best of Ted Wates' naïve oil paintings covering the following: landscapes, life, transport and sports. There's a special poem about Ted and his work, too. The artist, who is hugely inspired by Fred Yates, lives in Hampshire, England and uses palette knives, fingers and brushes, all of which help to produce that lovely thick texture. Paintings by Ted Wates - the happy Lowry of Hampshire - can be found in private collections in England, France and Greece.
