»Territorial Sovereignty and Territorial Jurisdiction«In the case of the exercise of national jurisdiction on foreign territory both, territorial jurisdiction and territorial sovereignty diverge. Such situations often involve difficult and sensitive conflicts, legally and politically. The papers in this volume, which emerged from a symposium of the Study Group for Politics and International Public Law, take on many of the related problems and, in doing so, also try to present transnational perspectives serving the peaceful cooperation of the nations in Europe and in the world.
