Six Favourite Tunes To Play On The Guitar

These six pieces are intended to compliment the Art Of Accompaniment On The Guitar. They are based on well known tunes, some traditional, some from famous compositions, and are presented as duets and solos. The second guitar part is incorporated into the solo version so that they can be learnt and practised separately then combined to make a solo version. This should be helpful from a 'learning to play the guitar' point of view but also takes into consideration the requirements of arranging and composing for the guitar. The guitarist can see what works and why, and what makes a piece harder to play.
