Sexuelle Vielfalt - Gegenstand Staatlicher Erziehung?: Grund Und Grenzen Der Sexualpadagogik in Der Staatlichen Schule

"Sexual diversity education" is controversially discussed in the public. However, what is lacking in the public discussion is a general framework at state schools where this education approach fits in. This analysis of the current situation inspired the authors of the contributions to this anthology to deal with sexual diversity as part of state education in schools and to analyse cause and justification of sex education in schools, the demands made on it and also where to draw clear lines in terms of pedagogical justification and constitutional law from the perspective of different disciplines. The authors turn their attention to the question whether "sexual diversity education" in terms of intention and practical action remains within the existing limits.
