Since 1955 the Rubens Prize of the City of Siegen has been awarded at five-year intervals to distinguished European painters of the late twentieth and early twenty-first century to honor their life's work. The Lambrecht-Schadeberg Collection unites representative key works by the recipients. This publication is the first to present the current collection of paintings, works on paper, photographs and sculptures in its entirety.
