Rosa's Bus

Set in the present day, Rosa's Bus tells the story of an old man and his young nephew visiting the Henry Ford Museum in Michigan.
Rosa Parks, now a respected civil rights activist, was travelling to work in her hometown of Montgomery, Alabama, when she was ordered to give her seat to a white man. She refused and in doing so made a brave stand against racism, a stand that is recollected here, in this powerful picture book.
