Synopsis

In April 1994 in Rwanda, in the ex-prefecture of Gikongoro, the process of genocide was under way. For so-called safety reasons, tens of thousands of Tutsi were forced to take shelter in churches and schools, from which escape was impossible. They would be systematically rounded up and killed.
