Punctuation for President

On the first day of the new school year, Miss Marks' class holds an election, inspiring the punctuation marks to hold their own. Who would make the better President? A bold, emphatic Exclamation Point? Or the more thoughtful, inquisitive Question Mark? And who could be a better VP than Apostrophe, whose job has always been to take the place of others?!
