One Day in the Woods

There's a wizard hiding in the Teatown Woods. And Rebecca is determined to find it. Her uncle has told her about the beautiful ovenbird, "the wizard of the woods, " and Rebecca thinks it must be magic. But when she sets out into the forest at dawn, she never expects to find magic everywhere she looks. A squirrel flies through the air. A deer vanishes before her eyes. A wood duckling falls from the sky. And the mysterious ovenbird holds the greatest surprise of all.
