My Heavy Heart

How do you deal with those feelings and emotions that seem to weigh you down?

Anger, sadness, grief, and confusion are all feelings that everyone experiences. Sometimes we tend to hold onto them, and they eventually weigh us down and make us tired.

Spoiler alert, according to the bible in Matthew 11:28, we don't have to hold onto these feelings. There is a way to lay them down and find rest.

Teaching our children to pray when their little hearts are heavy will give them the first stepping stone to growing closer to God.
