This book is Lt. Commander Ellery Sedgwick Jr.'s account of his experiences in the Navy during World War II. They called him Kilroy because he served all over the world - Panama, North Africa, Europe during D-Day and the Pacific. He often has biting criticism of Admirals and Captains for whom the Army was a greater enemy than Germany or Japan.
