Messages from the Stream

Messages from the Stream contains reflections about life taken from Alicia's journals of many years. These reflections are from her travels, home life, and experiences in nature. They invite us to be attentive to our everyday experiences, wherever we may be, for how God or Sacred Presence may be calling us to "look deeper." The reflections are divided according to the natural seasons of the year beginning with Spring, and each one has a question for the reader's own reflection if s/he chooses. Messages from the Stream is not necessarily meant to be read sequentially. The individual reflections may be picked up, according to the reader's interests and available time
