(Samuel Vollenweider), the series of essays presents some basic reflections on Christology (Christoph Schwobel), a survey of the history of its problems (Notger Slenczka) as well as an "Outline of a Sapiential Christology" (Hartmut Rosenau). Going beyond reflecting the different perspectives taken on this issue and its current relevance, a further article on the topic of tradition (Eilert Herms) reminds us to approach the changing definitions of Christology always against the background of tradition. Ausgehend von der Frage nach der Bestimmung der "Christologie im Neuen Testament. Theozentrisch oder christozentrisch?" (Samuel Vollenweider) wird neben grundlegenden Uberlegungen zur Christologie (Christoph Schwobel) und einer Darstellung von deren Problemgeschichte (Notger Slenczka) auch eine "Skizze zu einer sapientialen Christologie" (Hartmut Rosenau) vorgelegt. Uber die Reflexion der verschiedenen Perspektiven auf diese Frage in ihrer Gegenwartsrelevanz hinaus, wird in einem uber das Thema hinausgehenden weiteren Beitrag zum Thema Tradition (Eilert Herms) daran erinnert, Reformulierungen prinzipiell und bleibend eben als solche und d.h. vor dem Hintergrund der Tradition zu verstehen.
