Maelstrom of Malice, the third in the DI Brandon Hammett series, sees artist Rachel Matthews return home to Penzance in the winter of 2022 to be greeted by a raging storm. The tempestuous welcome heralds a series of violent and unpredictable events which show no signs of abating.
