Loud Whispers Of Worry

A continuation of poems inspired by my 3 autistic children. All together they have mental health issues, learning difficulties, epilepsy and so much more. Everyday has been a challenge making me question absolutely everything and everyone .....including myself. I've had happy thoughts and complete awful thoughts. I have had regrets, anger, desperation and moments of pure joy. Along the way this has triggered my own mental health battles which has been so hard to balance. I have found so much comfort and help in writing. To get every good, bad and anything inbetween feeling/thought on paper has helped not only keep me sane but has acted as a coping mechanism. I'm hoping by sharing my worries and celebrations they might just help someone else.
