Lost and Found: Making and Remaking Working Partnerships With Parents of Children in the Care System

This book is based upon the findings of the Partnership with 'Lost' Parents Project ? an action-research based study devised to find out whether working partnerships can be established and maintained between social workers and parents of children looked after long term by local authorities. It brings together a number of contributions of direct relevance to re-establishing working relationships with 'lost' parents, and draws directly on the experiences of children, parents and social workers involved in the project?s research.
