All Lando Cooper wants is to be a stand-up comedian and marry his girlfriend in peace. But when you're the human incarnation of God, The Most High, The Burning Bush etc., life isn't always that simple. His abdication of the throne has led to an uprising from desperate deities forgotten in Earth's history, all looking for the absolute power Lando has given up. Forced to defend Himself from an army of forgotten immortals, Lando must also figure out how to navigate life as a powerless human with a whole host of heavenly problems.
