»EU State Aids Law for Local Authorities«The EU State Aids Law embeds a fundamental prohibition of national financial benefits in support of private companies. Thus, all measures with a financial impact must be checked for compliance with these provisions. The present volume displays the relevance of the EU State Aids Law for local authorities by means of current case studies relevant to these. Within the individual chapters, the pertinent problems are analysed and potential solutions for an arrangement in compliance with the EU State Aids Law are illustrated.
