Klimakrisenrecht

The climate crisis poses a number of legal challenges. It calls for a social and economic transformation necessitating a legal transformation, in addition to which societal reactions to transformation measures already taken raise legal problems, and the consequences of the climate crises that have already occurred need to be addressed. The authors who contribute to this volume discuss these various legal challenges.
