Ketsugo Goju-Ryu Karate-Do: Vol. 3: Kata Part 2

The Ketsugo Goju-Ryu Karate-Do book series began with Shodai Jay Trombley, about the founder of Ketsugo Goju-Ryu and continued with Volume 2: Kata and Self-Defense. Volume 3: Kata Part 2 continues the outline of the system itself, detailing the remaining non-weapons katas.

Volume 3: Kata Part 2 includes pictures and detailed descriptions of the following katas: Tensho, Shisochin, Seisan, Sanseiru, Kururunfa, Suparinpei, Juhito, Hente Do, Dobutsu San, Bushido Rei, and Kyouryoku Do. Ketsugo Goju-Ryu was established in 1974 by Shodai Jay Trombley and continues today.
