Justice and Law

A collection of essays on contemporary issues in justice and law.

This book is a collection of four essays drawn from the Pell Honors Program held at Binghamton University, the State University of New York. Each essay addresses contemporary issues in justice and law. The essays originated as Honors papers through the Program in Philosophy, Politics, and Law (PPL) within Binghamton University's Harpur College of Arts and Sciences. The PPL major offers a diverse liberal arts education that includes core courses in philosophy and complementary courses in history, political science, economics, and other humanities and social sciences.
