Ivy on Stone

The Malaysian lawyer and author Matthew Thomas was introduced by his family to Anne when he was 29. Despite their initial trepidation, they got along very well and within a year they were married. Decades later, she would lie in a coffin at the same church they were married in.

Ivy on Stone is his memoir of their marriage, and of how he has struggled to come to terms with her death.
