Institutional Arrangements for Global Economic Integration

This book analyzes the most important aspects of the process of globalization which are discussed at the end of the twentieth century. The approach is interdisciplinary including economic theory, econometrics, statistics, public choice, and legal analysis. It focuses on topical problems such as environment, competition policy, employment, monetary coordination, international tax competition, and innovation. It is neither exhaustive nor completely integrated, thus reflecting the present state of scientific insight.
