This book presents the proceedings of the Second International Conference on Technological Research - RITAM 2021. RITAM 2021 was held on October 27-29, 2021. It was jointly supported and co-organized by the RITAM Research Network (Sucre, Central Técnico, Turismo y Patrimonio YAVIRAC, Luis Napoleón Dillon, Conservatorio Superior Nacional de Música, Luis A Martìnez, Paulo Emilio Macìas, La Maná, Luis A Martìnez Agronómico Loja, Primero de Mayo, Jaime Roldós Aguilera, Cotacachi, Alfonso Herrera) and GDEON. RITAM aims to provide a forum for discussion and the dissemination of results from R&D projects that have been developed both within and outside of Ecuador over the last few years.
