Jacob is camping with his friends when he has a bad nightmare. Jacob gets scared and runs off, where he finds Papa Wolf.

Papa helps teach Jacob a coping strategy he can use to help him feel safe when he is scared.

On his way back to his campground, Jacob hurts himself and gets really angry. Papa Wolf then teaches Jacob another strategy he can use to help him calm down and understand his scrape was really just a little deal, and things could have been much worse.
