Jack Healy decides to hang up his gunbelt and return to his hometown with his fiance, Gail Kingston. When he rides into town, an old nemesis appears and frames him for a murder and ends up facing the noose. Word spreads throughout the area, an old friend gets word of Jack's dilemma.
