»Humes Dilemma - or: Money and Justice«The analysis criticizes, pursuant to theorists Ulpian, Hume, Ricardo, von Mises, the »money creation« by the banking system with reference to general principles of law. The privileged access of private banks to newly issued scriptural money destabilizes the monetary value, which forms the foundation of trust for societal exchange of goods, and ulti-mately leads to a shift in the allocation of wealth. Large segments of the population are de-prived of the benefits of their legitimate prior dispositions. This forms a violation of the right to property. The injustice must be repealed by a uniform monetary supply control, or, in short, the monetary economy must be constrained to the boundaries of the Constitution.
