Human Thing

While Emily is giving a presentation in front of the entire class, something embarrassing happens! While the whole class is laughing at her, she is mad! With kindness and support from Meemaw and her teacher, Miss Kim, Emily gathers her courage to try again. This story, while humorous, is a lesson in believing in oneself, facing fears head-on, and realizing one's inner strength. Please note, the book contains the word "fart" two times, while children find it hilarious, the story serves as an example to children to not allow an embarrassing moment bring them down.
