Holiday in the Woods

Bill McCall, a Saskatchewan boy, is off to spend the summer holiday with his cousin Claire and her family - in the Laurentian Mountains of Quebec, a world quite different from the prairie farm where he usually spends his summers.

Bill is excited to learn about living in the bush, fishing, rowing a boat, and canoeing. Then Bill and Claire have a close encounter with a black bear and her cubs...
