Here lies a Public Record of one Privacy Professional and Data Protection Officer˜s Evidence to the United Kingdom Parliament˜s Scrutiny Committee in 2023, when they were discussing the virtues and vices of the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (2nd version).

This book seeks to demonstrate how bad the Data Protection and Digital Information Bill (should it ever become Law), will be. The Author demonstrates the destruction of people's rights, other associated harms that go hand-in-hand with destruction of Privacy, issues caused to businesses & public service providers.

The author includes a better alternative˜ a better strategy and a better way of doing things ˜ Things that could be done, here and now to achieve the United Kingdom Government˜s aims without breaking Privacy.
