Grandaddy's Favorite Recipes

My Grandaddy was one of the best cooks ever. He did not have any formal training in the kitchen. He learned to cook by cooking. I remember him being in the kitchen and just putting ingredients together without a recipe and it turned out to be delicious. My Granny would sit in the kitchen telling him what to cook and what to add to the differrent dishes. He would follow her directions, changing them without her knowing. But he would always give the credit to her for all the rave reviews of all the wonderful food that came from his kitchen.
