Ghost Boys

A journey of grief intertwined with heart-wrenching stories and real historical events... With no friends, bullied, and shot to death, where should the helpless ghost boy go? Jerome, a twelve-year-old black boy who has no friends, was bullied by his classmates at school. On Dec. 8, he made a friend who was shot and killed by a white police officer after school after mistaking his toy gun for a threat. Jerome became a ghost boy, seeing his family members heartbroken but unable to hug them and tell them that he had not left. Only white girl Sarah could see him, but her father was the one who shot him.
